***Please note: Jax will not be able to admit any latecomers***

Jax Bull is offering a monthly Breathwork practice to help calm the busy ADHD mind.

Jax Bull is a Counsellor, Breathwork Facilitator and Interfaith Minister. She has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and has found Breathwork a really good way of calming her own always on mind.

“Breathwork” refers to any practice that brings awareness to the breath.

We will be practising Conscious Connected breathwork, also known as Rebirthing made famous by Leonard Orr in the ‘60’s.

It enables the busy ADHD mind to rest, to move into the body and into the heart. Intentionally altering the breath pattern gives the mind something to focus on, allowing us to let go of thought and drop deep into the infinite wisdom of the body.

The benefits of Breathwork include

  • Improved sleep
  • Improved focus
  • Increased productivity
  • Boosts decision making
  • Calms the nervous system
  • Enhances creativity
  • Reduces Anxiety and depression
  • Improves emotional regulation
  • Strengthen Immune response
  • Improved metabolism

We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do.

We ask for a donation regardless of size. Even 1p. With a suggested donation of £5.

If you are not in a position to donate then we still want to welcome you and have you attend. Simply put in the suggested donation and place the tickets in your basket, generate your coupon here, and use the coupon to 100% discount the basket.
