The Zoom link is the same for both the morning and evening meeting
Accountability sessions can help individuals with ADHD get stuff done. Here’s how it works:
- 9.30am. Each person briefly talks about what they want to achieve that day. We finish up by 10 if not before. The meeting ends and everyone goes away and gets on with their day.
- 5pm. We meet again at the end of the day and say how we get on – with celebrations and commiserations as appropriate.
All done in a welcoming, inclusive environment that recognises how hard this is for someone with ADHD.
These groups will always be lead by someone from ADHD UK. You’ll often have the entire ADHD UK team there talking about their plans for the day.
As ever with ADHD UK events these are free with any donation you can give hugely welcomed. We get no government funding so are reliant on donations like yours. Thank you.
