I understand the challenges faced by adults from both a personal and professional perspective.
Two of those challenges we often face are emotional overwhelm and keeping up motivation to accomplish goals. I help with regulation, life balance and consistency, guiding you step by step.

Coaching is fundamentally holistic, which means that it involves working on all aspects of your life; lifestyle choices, your daily functioning and job satisfaction which together create a happy, healthy life.
My coaching is designed to educate and inspire clients to understand their ADHD and embrace it, so that they can focus on their unique strengths and what drives them. ADHD coaching is not about pushing harder, it’s about rethinking the way you live and work.
