Hi, I’m Emma. At The VA Workroom, I provide a unique blend of Virtual Assistance and Business Consultancy/Accountability Support, designed to give business owners the structure, support,and freedom they need to thrive.

For many years, I’ve supported a steadily growing number of clients with their administration and marketing tasks—helping them focus on their core work, grow their businesses, and reclaim their work–life balance.

As my business grew, I found that a large proportion of my clients were neurodivergent, particularly those with ADHD, and many needed more than just ‘done-for-you’ support. They also benefited from accountability prompts, structured check-ins, and someone to keep projects moving when software reminders simply didn’t cut it.

That’s where my blended service comes in:

• Virtual Assistance: handling behind-the-scenes tasks remotely (or in person where required), to improve efficiency, save time, and reduce stress.
• Accountability & Consultancy: providing regular structured meetings that keep you on track, harness your strengths, and turn your big ideas into reality.

Working with psychologists and supporting many neurodiverse clients has given me a strong understanding of ADHD, Dyslexia, and other forms of neurodiversity. This means I can systematically support you in overcoming barriers, staying organised, and unlocking your full potential.

Whether you need someone to take tasks off your plate, or a partner to help you stay accountable and focused, my aim is always the same: empowering small to medium-sized businesses to thrive—professionally and personally.

Services & Pricing

• Virtual Assistance: Monthly retainer from £35.00 per hour (minimum 6 hours)
• Accountability & Business Consultancy: From £65.00 per hour, includes 1 round-up
  email. Suggested frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
