ADHD Support with Focusify Ltd
Practical, structured support for neurodivergent professionals

Focusify Ltd provides specialist ADHD workplace support for individuals and organisations who want practical, reliable strategies that help neurodivergent professionals perform at their best.

I work as an ADHD Support Worker, helping people manage the day-to-day realities of work and life with ADHD. This includes support with organisation, task management, communication, prioritisation, and managing overwhelm.

I am a qualified ADHD coach, and while my primary role is practical support, my coaching training enables me to draw on coaching principles when helpful. This can support clients to build self-awareness, develop sustainable strategies, and gain confidence in navigating challenges associated with ADHD.

Alongside my professional experience, I am currently studying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity at Arden University, part of a pathway towards a Master’s degree. My approach combines evidence-informed understanding, lived experience, and practical workplace strategies.

This service is suitable for:

• Individuals with ADHD who want structured support to stay organised, reduce overwhelm, and function more effectively in work or daily life
• Employees receiving reasonable adjustments through their employer or Access to Work
• HR departments and managers seeking specialist support for neurodivergent staff
• Professionals experiencing workplace overwhelm, burnout, or difficulties with executive functioning

What ADHD Support Looks Like

Support is tailored to each individual but commonly includes:

• Creating practical systems for managing workload and priorities
• Helping break down complex tasks and maintain momentum
• Regular accountability and check-ins to keep projects moving forward
• Support with workplace communication and expectations
• Strategies to manage overwhelm, time blindness, and task paralysis
• Building sustainable routines that work with the ADHD brain

Because I am trained in coaching, I am also able to use coaching-informed techniques when helpful, supporting clients to develop insight and confidence alongside practical support.

Workplace and Corporate Support

Focusify Ltd regularly supports professionals working in demanding roles, including corporate, academic, and technical environments.

For employers and HR teams, ADHD support can form part of a reasonable adjustment plan, helping employees:

• Maintain productivity and focus
• Reduce stress and burnout
• Improve communication and task management
• Stay engaged and successful in their roles

Support can be delivered remotely and integrated alongside Access to Work funded support or internal workplace adjustments.
