My coaching is rooted in lived experience. I know what it’s like to move through burnout, overwhelm, and persistent self-doubt, and to eventually find clarity by learning to work with my ADHD rather than against it. Receiving my diagnosis at 40 brought understanding and a path towards being more authentically myself.
I offer a highly empathetic, grounded coaching space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach focuses on building self-trust, confidence, and practical ways forward without shame or pressure. Sessions are collaborative and paced, allowing clients to explore change in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
I am an ICF Certified Coach and currently working towards a dual-accredited ADHD Coaching qualification.
Alongside my coaching practice, I have held senior roles within the ADHD community, including Chair and Trustee of ADHD UK. I have delivered ADHD talks and education across public and private sector organisations, including large corporates and public services.
My aim is to help clients move forward with greater clarity and self-acceptance, building lives that feel more aligned, grounded, and genuinely their own.
