Hi, my name is Tim Lee and I'm a qualified neurodivergence coach, specialising in ADHD and AuDHD.

I enjoy working with all kinds of people, groups and organisations. I'm particularly drawn to late-diagnosis and/or creative types because that's who I am.

Together, we can explore:

The daily impact neurodivergence can have on you and on your life.
Why certain things happen the way they do.
How to utilise your many strengths.
Recognising and addressing the various challenges.
What works, what doesn’t, and understanding why.
Developing skills and strategies for moving forward.

My goal is to help and guide those of you who are looking to gain a better understanding of neurodivergence within yourself, a family member/loved one, or in the workplace.

Whether you're diagnosed, un-diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or neuro-curious, I encourage you to give it a try by booking your free introductory session. It's a no-commitment opportunity to dive in and see how it feels.

After your first session, you have the option to continue if you feel it would be beneficial to you. I will work with you to determine the best way forward, and help to get you all set up. If you want to speak with a few other coaches before making a decision, I am happy to make some recommendations.

Universal Coaching Alliance – Associate Member

I'm currently working toward full AC and UCA accreditation. I am fully insured and I adhere to the AC and UCA Professional Codes of Conduct.

Fees

£65.00 per 60-minute session
Ongoing 60-minute sessions: £65/hour
Single issue 90-minute sessions: £125/session

Fees are based on individual, pre-paid sessions with no sponsorship. I can offer a discount to those who need it – just ask.

Availability
I am generally available Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 8PM.

Further information
I have 50+ years lived experience as a (very) late-diagnosis AuDHD individual. My formal and informal education in many areas of neurodivergence is constant and ongoing. Putting aside all the challenges of ADHD, ASD, etc, I find it to be an utterly fascinating topic. And as the saying goes: “Knowledge is power.”

I've mostly worked as a professional touring musician over the last 35 years and I enjoy many other interesting and creative pursuits.
