Hello, I’m Heidi Smith, the founder of Neuro-Stitch. I am an ADHD, Life & Workplace Strategy coach with ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 29 – and as a result my whole life has changed for the better! I am here to help you by guiding you on your ADHD Journey by ‘Stitching’ together clues for how your brain works, one thread at a time. Feel connected, empowered, confident and in control of you and your ADHD.

ADHD Coaching isn't like normal coaching! I don't expect you to turn up with all of the answers, and I believe that "One size DOES NOT fit all'! Like each person’s fingerprints - we are all unique, and that includes how ADHD impacts us!

As a late diagnosed ADHDer who has gone through my own ADHD diagnosis & journey - I know how confusing, frustrating and lonely it can be!

Finding help or support can feel impossible as there isn't any direction or a manual on what's next!

I felt like I needed someone to help me to learn and understand ADHD, and help me to find out where it was tripping me up so I could sort it and learn how to live my best life with it!

For me ADHD is my longstanding hyperfocus, passion and interest - but also one of my biggest motivators. Finding out that I have ADHD transformed me as a person, but also my entire life and as a result and I had to be a part of helping others do the same! So here I am!

I work with ADHDers by 'translating' ADHD & into a relatable, and easy to understand concept - The ADHD Detective! The last thing you need is a load of complicated 'coaching or technical jargon!' when you are trying to understand everything else.

Bringing this into my coaching, I use a combination of mentoring, support and where useful, share my own experiences so you can feel understood, validated and supported in a judgement free space. You can investigate, stitch together clues & manage daily life working with your ADHD!

I want my fellow ADHDers to feel reconnected to themselves and their ADHD brain - so that you too can feel empowered, confident, and tackle anything that you want to do or that might be thrown your way!

• The Pocket ADHD Coach - £60 per month support via WhatsApp and/or Email (weekdays 9-5 only)
• I offer a range of worksheets/E-templates and resources to help support ADHDers
• I also offer Specialist ADHD Virtual Admin Support at £26 per hour

Qualifications: 

• Over 150 hours Coaching Experience
• Qualified ADHD Works ADHD Coach
• Level 3 Diploma in Life Coaching, Studying L3 Award in Education and Training
• L2 In Understanding Autism
• 10+ years experience in Business Administration & Learning and Development
• L4 Apprenticeship in Business and Professional Administration, L2 in Lean Management, Team Leading and APM Project fundamentals
• Adult Mental Health First Aider
• Level 2 in Mental Health Awareness, Counselling Skills, Team Leading, Equality and Diversity and Customer Service
• Core Leadership Program

Pricing:Prices start from £95* (packages available & where possible I try to match Access to Work client grants).

Availability:

• Virtual/online support. Sessions available Mon – Friday, 9am to 5pm. Bespoke/out of hours appointments are available on request depending on availability.
• All appointments take place via Video Call, and sessions will be booked at a regular day and time each week (depending on service).
