About Nikki
I’m an ADHD and Career Coach specialising in supporting late-diagnosed adults who feel stuck, burnt out, or misaligned in their work and lives.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 40s, after years of trying to function in careers and systems that never really fit. Like many of my clients, I experienced overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, procrastination, time blindness, self-doubt, and a constant sense of falling short even when things looked “fine” on the outside. I learned to mask, push through, and blame myself.
My diagnosis changed everything. It brought clarity, but also raised deeper questions about identity, confidence, energy, and what a sustainable working life could look like with ADHD. My coaching is shaped by both lived experience and professional training, and is grounded in the belief that work should not break you.
I don’t focus on fixing ADHD or forcing productivity. I help clients understand how their ADHD shows up day to day, rebuild self-trust, and create ways of working and living that genuinely support them.
Services & Pricing
ADHD & Career Coaching (1:1)
I offer both ADHD coaching and ADHD-informed career coaching, delivered online via Zoom.
Some clients come to work specifically on ADHD-related challenges such as emotional regulation, overwhelm, confidence, executive function, and self-trust. Others want support with career clarity, career change, or finding work that fits their ADHD. Many work with me on both, as these areas are closely connected.
I work primarily through structured coaching programmes rather than ad-hoc sessions.
My fees operate on a sliding scale, depending on the type of coaching, programme length, and individual circumstances. Pricing and suitability are always discussed openly during a discovery call.
As a general guide, sessions typically start from around £150 per session, with programme pricing and flexible payment options available.
I accept Access to Work (ATW) funding and regularly work with clients who are funded through ATW.
Who I Work With
- Late-diagnosed or newly self-identifying adults with ADHD
- Professionals who feel burnt out, disengaged, or stuck
- Entrepreneurs struggling with consistency, overwhelm, or direction
- Career changers questioning whether their current work is sustainable
Many of my clients are capable, thoughtful people who have spent years trying to make the wrong environments work and are now ready to stop settling.
My Approach
My coaching is ADHD-informed, neuro-affirming, and emotionally aware.
I offer a calm, supportive, judgement-free space where clients can:
- understand their ADHD patterns and needs
- reduce shame and self-criticism
- build emotional regulation and self-compassion
- reconnect with strengths, values, and energy
- gain clarity before being pushed into action
I intentionally slow the process down. For many people with ADHD, being rushed into action increases anxiety and shutdown. Clarity, safety, and self-trust come first action follows in a way that feels possible and sustainable.
ADHD Career Compass Programme
The ADHD Career Compass is my core coaching programme.
It’s a structured, ADHD-informed programme designed for people who feel lost, stuck, or uncertain about their career particularly following a late ADHD diagnosis, when old paths no longer fit.
The programme helps clients:
- understand how their ADHD impacts work, motivation, and decision-making
- unpick years of masking and unhelpful narratives
- reconnect with strengths, values, needs, and energy patterns
- explore ADHD-friendly career directions
- create a realistic, sustainable plan that works with their brain
Rather than jumping straight into job searching or goal-setting, the ADHD Career Compass supports clients to build clarity, confidence, and direction in a way that feels safe, grounded, and achievable.
Clients leave with a clear sense of direction, a personalised action plan, and a deeper understanding of how to work with their ADHD not against it.
