Dr Alexa Smith – Impactful Coach

Hi, I’m Dr Alexa Smith — an experienced coach who specialises in working with people who have ADHD.

I support people with ADHD to navigate life and work in ways that feel more manageable, meaningful, and true to who they are. I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and I’ve spent years working with neurodivergent adults — helping them understand how their brains work best, and how to build strategies that actually stick.

My approach is person-centred and transformational, drawing on systemic thinking and reflective practice. I work with the whole person — exploring thoughts, emotions, and patterns — while also keeping things practical. Clients often tell me they leave sessions with both new insights and useful techniques they can apply straight away.

Many of the people I coach have spent a long time feeling like they’re just about holding everything together — juggling demands, missing deadlines, or wondering why things that seem easy for others feel so hard. In our coaching sessions, we will create a space together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface, shift what's not working, and build confidence and strategies in a way that fits you.

Typical Session

I coach individuals 1:1 funded privately, by their employers or via Access to Work. Typical session lasts 55 minutes and costs £140 per session
