Becky Robinson | Clear Horizons ADHD Coaching & Training

£70 for a 45-minute session

I’m an ADHD coach who helps adults and parent carers find practical, compassionate ways to live and work with their ADHD. I combine professional training with lived experience, having discovered my own ADHD later in life and supported my neurodivergent children for many years.

I know how exhausting it can feel to juggle everyday life, family, and expectations while trying to make sense of your ADHD. Coaching with me offers space to pause, reflect, and start building systems, routines, and self-belief that work for you, not against you.

My Approach

My coaching is non-judgemental, strengths-based, and person-centred. I use a neuro-affirmative, trauma-informed approach to help you feel seen, understood, and supported.

Together, we’ll explore themes like confidence, overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, emotions, organisation, and self-advocacy. I adapt how I work to fit your unique ways of thinking, processing, and communicating — because no two ADHD experiences are the same.

I’m also mindful of how other parts of your identity and life experiences intersect with ADHD, shaping how you see yourself and the world around you.

Who I Work With

  • Adults diagnosed or self-identifying with ADHD later in life
  • Young adults exploring what ADHD means for them
  • Parent carers navigating their own ADHD alongside family life
  • Parent carers of children with ADHD

What We Might Explore Together

  • Managing overwhelm, motivation, and burnout: Finding ways to work with your energy instead of fighting against it.
  • Planning, prioritising, and following through: Breaking things down into realistic steps that fit your brain.
  • Understanding emotions and regulation: Making sense of emotional ups and downs and learning how to respond with self-compassion.
  • Working with executive function challenges: Discovering tools that support organisation, time awareness, and memory.
  • Building supportive routines and systems: Creating practical structures that fit your real life.
  • Strengthening confidence and self-trust: Recognising progress, even in small steps, and rebuilding belief in yourself.
  • Prioritising rest and self-care: Making time for what keeps you well — sleep, movement, joy, and calm.

Coaching Process

I offer a free 20-minute discovery call to explore whether coaching with me feels like the right fit. During this conversation, we discuss what brings you to coaching, what you’d like to achieve, and how I work.

You can book your discovery call through my website by clicking the ‘Book a Free Call’ button at https://clear-horizons.co.uk/

If we decide to continue after the call, we’ll agree on a coaching plan tailored to your goals and circumstances. Sessions are held online via Zoom and last 45 minutes. The number and frequency of sessions vary depending on your needs — many clients begin with a block of six sessions and review progress as we go.

Between sessions, you’ll have space to reflect, experiment with new strategies, and notice patterns or changes. I provide a supportive, accountable space that helps you move forward at a manageable pace.
