I'm an ICF certified ADHD coach working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or out of sync with life's typical expectations. Having experienced the journey myself, I have a special interest working with women who are late discovered ADHD (diagnosed or not), especially those navigating the complex intersection of hormones, work, family life, and identity.

Maybe life's load is feeling heavy and you'd like more clarity, control and calm. I understand.

My approach is grounded in a combination of lived experiences, and evidence-based ADHD coaching approaches. I work with clients at all stages of the discovery journey to better understand their ADHD and build sustainable strategies around the things that matter most - from executive functioning and emotional regulation to confidence and identity.

Certifications held: ICF ACC (International Coaching Federation). ADDCA AACC (the world's leading ADHD coach training college, accredited by both the ICF and PAAC).

I offer 1:1 ADHD coaching sessions online. Every coaching session takes place in a non-judgmental, confidential space, built on trust, respect, and support. No shame. No pressure to be anyone other than yourself.

Pricing

50-minute 1:1 coaching session from £110-£125 (with packages available including Access To Work). Group and corporate information available on request.
