Hi, my name is Francesca Biscotti, but please call me Fran!

Once upon a time, I was doing exactly what you may be doing right now — searching for a Neurodivergent Somatic Coach who truly understood both the neurodivergent experience and the nervous system.

I was diagnosed as an Autistic Adult (with a PDA profile) with ADHD in my 30s and I soon realised that I was in need to find answers to my questions and guidance to make order in my brain and body and, consequently, in my life.

Hiding our true self to be seen, listened to or validated, while dealing with different symptoms, trauma and executive functions challenges it is not easy. But discovering myself, encouraged me to speak my truth and allowed me to show up (proudly) for who I really am!

Through my Somatic coaching I support neurodivergent individuals to understand their brain and body combining a top down-bottom up approach. We will look at things through different lenses: ADHD lens, Autism lens and Nervous System lens. I follow the Polyvagal Theory to support our understanding of the Nervous System. I am a firm believer that understanding our Nervous System is the key to learning how to manage our brain and relieve guilt and shame and learn to be compassionate about ourselves. For me, this was truly the missing link!

The common denominator is their curiosity to understand their nervous system and their story and manage life better!

A little about my studies:

I am a professional trained ADHD and Autism coach and I support neurodivergent individuals.

I graduated with a Foundation Degree in Early Years and a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Special Needs and Inclusive Practice.

I studied at ADDCA in New York (an ICF and PAAC accredited programme) and obtained the AACC Certified ADHD and Life Coach Accreditation. In March 2025, I achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am a Trauma-Informed Somatic Counsellor, Polyvagal-Informed Coach, ICO Registered practitioner, and hold an updated DBS certificate.

My work is deeply informed by somatic practice, nervous system regulation, Polyvagal Theory, and trauma-informed approaches. I continue to expand my learning through ongoing study in areas such as Somatic Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Parts Work, Focusing, and Felt Sense.

As an autistic and ADHD practitioner with lived experience, I am especially passionate about neurodivergence, sensory processing differences, co-regulation, self-regulation, the vagus nerve, and the connection between the brain and body.
