I am an ADHD coach with lived experience, having received my ADHD and Dyscalculia diagnoses at age 44 in 2024. Like many diagnosed later in life, I spent years wondering why certain things felt harder to me than they seemed for others.
Biography
My coaching is centred around compassion, trust, and practical steps forward. I believe coaching works best when there is a genuine connection between coach and client, allowing you to feel comfortable discussing challenges openly and exploring them together and reducing feelings of shame. That’s often where the real breakthroughs happen.
I am currently training to become a yoga teacher, which continues to deepen my interest in nervous system regulation, calm, and the connection between mind and body.
A core belief that underpins my work is that when we learn to regulate our nervous system, understand how we function best, and reconnect with what engages and fulfills us, we are far more able to thrive in our lives.
My approach combines empathy, practical support and genuine enthusiasm for helping people move forward in their lives. I am committed to helping clients build confidence, feel better about themselves, and develop a stronger sense of self-belief.
