I help adults with ADHD cut through overwhelm and create systems that stick. Strengths-based ADHD Coaching for business owners, freelancers, professionals, and those in the legal field | 25+ years’ experience | 7,000+ coaching hours
For years I thought my struggles with focus, overwhelm and keeping life on track were a personal failing. It was not until I realised I had ADHD, confirmed by diagnosis after decades of pushing through, that I finally understood my brain was wired differently, not wrongly. That moment brought both relief and grief: relief at finally having answers, grief for the wasted energy of self-blame. Training as a coach became the turning point. What began as my way to understand myself and rebuild my own life became my purpose: helping other ADHDers break free from shame, burnout and running on willpower alone, so they can finally thrive on their own terms.
Who I Help
I work with business owners, freelancers, professionals and those in the legal field who want life to feel less overwhelming and more sustainable. I also support clients through important transitions such as career changes and midlife shifts, including perimenopause and menopause, when ADHD can feel especially tough to navigate.

Client Testimonials
1. From Tech Experiments to Sustainable ADHD Strategies: A Professional's Perspective. Working with Linda Fox has been invaluable as I navigated major transitions, including moving to a new country, establishing a business and managing complex projects. Her coaching has helped me to break overwhelming challenges into manageable steps, making progress feel achievable rather than daunting. What I value most is Linda’s flexibility and genuine curiosity. She takes an active interest in my work, whether that involves AI developments or WordPress projects, and supports me in turning that focus into something productive.Linda also introduces practical tools, such as Fathom for session summaries, which enhance the impact of our conversations. The strategies we have co-created are tailored to ADHD rather than borrowed from one-size-fits-all productivity systems. They have improved my focus, balance and confidence, both personally and professionally.I wholeheartedly recommend Linda to any professional with ADHD who is seeking sustainable strategies and supportive accountability - Kenn Jordan on 09/09/2025
2. Over the past year, my ADHD coaching journey has been both insightful and empowering. It has helped me better understand how my neurodivergent traits show up in daily life and has equipped me with practical tools and strategies to support focus, productivity, and self-awareness. This coaching journey has helped me recognise that having ADHD doesn’t mean I can’t thrive – it means I need to work differently, with intention and the right supports. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made so far and excited about continuing this work. I’ve become more mindful of how I use social media and group chats like WhatsApp – particularly around oversharing. Working with Linda has been a hugely positive experience. She’s a thoughtful, practical, and empathetic coach who brings both structure and warmth to our sessions. We’ve developed a strong, trusting relationship, and I really value the safe, open space to discuss both personal and professional challenges."
