My name is Lisa, and I'm an experienced Occupational Psychologist, personal and professional coach accredited by the Universal Coaching Alliance. I am qualified in, and specialise in ADHD, Neurodiversity and systemic coaching, supporting both individuals and organisations to create clarity, confidence and meaningful change. With over 20 years of experience the coaching field, I use psychologically and trauma informed coaching methods, with a key purpose to support individuals to grow with confidence, clarity, and compassion. I use an adaptive and person-centred approach when coaching. I respond to the individual's needs by exploring difficulties or challenges, and work towards beneficial solutions. I hold unconditional positive regard for my coaches and am flexible, caring and supportive.

I have worked within the private sector and NHS as an Occupational Psychologist and Organisational Development Professional for over 20 years, specialising in assessment and development, leadership development, coaching, talent management and culture change. I am a trained ILM level 7 coach, mentor and facilitator and hold a qualification in Systemic Coaching and Constellations, implementing these with a wide range of individuals and teams.

I am an extremely positive person who is motivated and passionate about helping individuals find solutions to their struggles. From a personal perspective, I have two wonderful children, both of whom have ADHD. Recently diagnosed with ADHD myself, I offer lived experience to deliver successful outcomes whilst raising awareness of the challenges we may all face.
