About Me
I'm an ADHD coach, qualified teacher, and neurodivergent advocate with over a decade of experience supporting children, young people, and adults. My work combines professional expertise with lived experience, allowing me to offer compassionate, practical, and neuro-affirming support that helps people better understand themselves and work with their brains rather than against them.
I specialise in helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted by masking, or unsure how to manage the demands of everyday life. I support clients with areas such as emotional regulation, executive functioning, confidence, burnout, routines, motivation, self-acceptance, parenting, and navigating life before or after diagnosis. My approach is holistic, supportive, and tailored to each individual, recognising that no two ADHD experiences are the same.
Through coaching, education, and practical strategies, I help people move away from shame and self-criticism and towards greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.
Services
I offer 1:1 ADHD coaching and support sessions for adults and students, both online and in person. Sessions are personalised to your individual needs and may focus on understanding ADHD, improving organisation and routines, managing overwhelm, building confidence, reducing burnout, or creating strategies that genuinely work for you.
My coaching style is warm, practical, and collaborative. Rather than rigid systems or unrealistic expectations, I help clients find sustainable approaches that feel achievable and supportive in real life. I also provide guidance for those exploring whether they may be neurodivergent, as well as support following diagnosis.
Alongside individual coaching, I also offer regular free talks that are online and in person, which are designed to inform people and help them better understand themselves and/or their loved ones.
Additional Support
In addition to coaching, I run an ADHD support group that is a safe, understanding space where people can connect with others who truly "get it." The group offers peer support, shared experiences, practical strategies, and a sense of community for those with ADHD.
I'm passionate about making support accessible, relatable, and free from judgement. Whether someone is newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply struggling and looking for answers, I aim to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and understood.
