Tommy Dickinson | ADHD Coach & Mental Health Nurse
£95 per individual session (reduced rates available) £500 for a block of 6 sessions (discounted rate)
Hello, I’m Professor Tommy – an ADHD Coach & Mental Health Nurse, and fellow neurodivergent traveller.
Diagnosed with ADHD at 40, I know what it’s like to experience burnout and self-doubt, even while knowing you’re capable of more. Coaching was a turning point — it helped me embrace my strengths, reframe challenges, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Now, as a trained ADHD Coach with over two decades of mental health experience, I specialise in supporting adults with ADHD to uncover their strengths and create strategies that actually work. Whether you’re struggling with focus, emotional regulation, self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence.
Alongside my coaching practice, I’m a Professor of Mental Health Nursing Education at King’s College London and the author of Mental Health Nursing Skills, a core textbook used in universities across the UK and internationally. I also have specialist training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
With me, coaching is a collaborative journey. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you, explore how your brain works, and build strategies that feel natural and empowering. I offer a safe, inclusive, and affirming space — whether you have a formal diagnosis, suspect you might be neurodivergent, or simply feel life isn’t set up in a way that works for you.
ADHD coaching can help you:
- Navigate life more smoothly with tailored strategies
- Understand your differences and express your needs with confidence
- Improve productivity and achieve your goals
- Enhance communication and relationships
- Manage stress and overwhelm more effectively
- Build confidence both socially and professionally
I live in London with my two dachshunds, and I’d love to support you on your journey.
Session Details
After the free 20-minute Discovery Call, sessions are 50 minutes and held online.
Sessions are always client-led, and I’m there to support your thinking rather than tell you what to do. I’ll also share some quizzes to help you better understand your strengths and struggles when setting your goals for the coaching sessions.
I’ll help you to create a toolkit of strategies, so you feel confident managing future challenges beyond the coaching agreement.
I use electronic reminders to help you stay on track for the sessions.
Pricing
Sessions are £95 each, and I never want cost to be a barrier — so I offer reduced rates where needed.
For those who’d like to commit to a block of sessions, I also provide a package of six for £500.

I understand that booking an ADHD assessment is a significant commitment. To help you feel confident in your decision, I offer a complimentary 10-minute screening call. This brief virtual appointment gives us the chance to discuss your challenges and for you to decide whether I’m the right fit for your assessment and care.
ADHD assessments are highly personal, and I place great importance on creating a process where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout.
