About Sharon Manfield
I have experience working with individuals and families affected by ADHD, and understand that everyone’s experience is different. You may be finding everyday tasks overwhelming, struggling with organisation or time management, or feeling that you have to work harder than others to manage day-to-day life. You may also be exploring what ADHD means for you and beginning to understand yourself in a different way.
My background in counselling and ADHD coaching allows me to offer a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, recognise your strengths and find approaches that work for you. My work is collaborative and strengths-based, with practical support around areas such as organisation, routines, confidence and self-advocacy, depending on what feels most helpful to you.
I believe that support should be tailored to the individual, rather than expecting you to fit into a particular way of doing things. Whether you are a student, a professional, a parent or simply trying to make sense of your own experiences, you are welcome.
My aim is to provide a warm, understanding, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, better understand yourself, and explore ways to navigate life that feel right for you.
Pricing
My session rate is £75 per hour.
Availability
I offer appointments in the evenings and all day on Fridays to accommodate different schedules.
