I have gained expertise across a range of corporate departments across the creative, health and technology sectors. I have also spent my working life struggling to build a career that makes it impossible for me to stay well. I am that 1 in 7, and I suspect you are too.

Driven by an ongoing desire to engage in purposeful work, my goal is to positively change the narrative on neurodiversity. With a background in coaching, facilitation and leadership, I deliver coaching programmes that support you to reach your goals and thrive.

Coaching Programme

• 60 minute sessions from £50, concessions available.
• Programmes can be delivered as standalone or as a number of sessions across an initial three/six month period. Sessions take place in person or virtually.
