| I’m a Professional Organiser and Certified KonMari Master and I help people create space and peace in their homes and lives.
As an ADHD adult myself, I understand the issues around it and I know what an impact organising your living space (and beyond!) has on our anxiety levels and ability to function. I structure our sessions in a safe and judgement free environment and take advantage of our natural highs and lows. Above all, sessions are always designed around you. I offer Online Coaching worldwide and In-Home Sessions in Aberdeenshire (further afield by negotiation).
