At Coaching with a Difference, I empower neurodivergent teachers to navigate unique challenges like burnout and executive dysfunction. I also regularly coach teachers who are not neurodivergent and those who influence educational decision-making.
My mission is to foster inclusive classrooms where every teacher and student can thrive, particularly recognising the needs of neurodivergent students—because that tends to benefit the whole class.
By offering tailored coaching, I aim to create a supportive community that embraces diversity and promotes greater understanding in education.

Interests
I love writing! I've written about neurodivergence and inclusion for print media. I even had my first book published for neurodivergent children.
I love spending time with my family (I include the dog as a second child).
I'm not sure if you can include 'humour' as an interest, but it provides my brain with dopamine and regulation, and I also think it helps to put people at ease.
Testimonial
Being coached by Suzanne was such a great experience and I was really able to move forward with my goal and the barriers I've been facing.
Suzanne is warm and welcoming and easy to open up to without any sense of judgement. As well as some great questions that had me pause and help me get to the bottom of some issues I was facing, Suzanne also offered advice and suggestions that felt gentle yet challenging.
Suzanne's knowledge of neurodivergence was evident and I felt like her coaching approach took my ADHD into account. I felt understood and that I didn't need to have to explain myself in terms of any struggles in achieving my goal that were related to ADHD.
I'd wholeheartedly recommend Suzanne as a coach.
