Danielle Cudjoe Michalski | Thinking Light Coach

£120 per 60‑minute session, with some reduced rates available

Many of the people I work with have ADHD and feel stuck between knowing what they want to do and struggling with focus, overwhelm or follow through. Coaching offers time to step back, understand what is happening and explore ways of working that are more sustainable.

Some come to coaching after a recent or later life ADHD diagnosis and are trying to make sense of their experiences and what support might look like going forward.

I’m Danielle Cudjoe Michalski, founder of Thinking Light Coach, a coaching, training and consultancy organisation supporting adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent differences.

I am a late diagnosed neurodiverse professional with over 20 years of experience working in complex professional environments before moving into coaching and consultancy.

My work combines lived experience with evidence informed coaching practice to help adults better understand how their minds work and develop practical ways to manage focus, energy, communication and expectations.

I hold an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching from Birkbeck, University of London.

Alongside individual coaching, I also work with organisations to improve understanding of ADHD and neurodiversity, particularly in professional and workplace contexts.

Session Details

I offer 1-to-1 coaching for adults with ADHD and other neurodivergences.

Sessions provide a safe and structured space to explore challenges, build practical strategies and develop greater self-understanding.

Common areas explored in ADHD coaching include:

• Managing attention, focus and follow through
• Emotional regulation and overwhelm
• Sustainable energy management and burnout prevention
• Navigating work environments and expectations
• Communication and boundaries
• Identity and confidence following diagnosis

Sessions combine reflection with practical experimentation, helping you identify approaches that work for your specific needs rather than relying on generic productivity advice or one-size-fits-all strategies.
