Background

I'm a late-diagnosed neurodivergent coach with 1,200+ hours of ADHD coaching experience, and I'm a LinkedIn Top Voice in neuroinclusion and disability inclusion. Before coaching, I worked in management consulting at PwC and equity research at Wellington Management, so I bring a corporate and business lens to coaching as well as lived experience of late diagnosis. I founded Own Your Flair, a neuroinclusion consultancy and training business, and I currently also work as DNA Programmes Lead at LSE Generate, supporting founders.

Coaching Approach

My coaching is built around two frameworks I developed myself, the Dopamine Menu and the Executive Function Wheel, which I use to help clients build systems around how their brain actually works rather than generic productivity advice. I work a lot with clients juggling ADHD alongside running a business or navigating corporate environments, and I also run executive coaching specifically for entrepreneurs, since that's where my own background and a lot of my client base sits.

Corporate and Training Experience

I've delivered ADHD and neuroinclusion training and coaching to organisations including PwC, LSE, Wagamama, Frontier Economics, Sparta Global, Shell, and Sky, and I run CPD-certified courses on ADHD and neurodivergent coaching.

Session Rate and Access to Work

£140 per hour. I take Access to Work clients, sliding scale available on direct request, and package discounts for 10+ hours.
