How We Work Together
Right from session one, we look at two things: how ADHD shows up in your life, and what actually gives you energy vs. what drains you. We use the Strengths Profile for this, a proper assessment tool, not guesswork.
This gives you immediate relief. Finally, your brain makes sense. And we've got solid ground to build from when we tackle the specific stuff—decision fatigue, getting organized, managing emotions, all of it.

How It Works
50-minute sessions. Weekly at first, then every two weeks. Standard package is 12 sessions (includes everything above). There's also a 6-session option for more focused work.

Sessions are booked via Calendly. I recommend weekly sessions initially, moving to bi-weekly as we build momentum.
