I'm Sharon Worth, a women's wellbeing and neurodiversity coach, supporting women to reconnect with their natural rhythms, energy, and authentic way of living. With a background in personal training, yoga, menopause coaching, and transformational life coaching, I specialise in working with women navigating menopause, ADHD, and late-discovered neurodivergence. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in the belief that women are not designed to operate in a constant state of productivity - we are cyclical, and our wellbeing thrives when we honour that.

SESSION DETAILS

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions online, supporting women with ADHD and neurodivergence to better understand their energy patterns, regulate their nervous system, and build sustainable, supportive routines. Sessions often include a blend of coaching, education around hormones and neurodiversity, and practical tools tailored to each individual.

For ADHD-specific support, I focus on:

  • Energy management and working with natural rhythms
  • Reducing overwhelm and burnout
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Building realistic, flexible structures that actually work for neurodivergent minds

PRICING

My 1:1 coaching sessions are £75 per session, or a block of six sessions costs £400, saving £50. I also offer packages for clients who want ongoing support, and I'm open to discussing flexible or sliding scale options where needed.

AVAILABILITY

I am generally available on weekdays, with some limited evening availability. I can also offer occasional weekend sessions by arrangement.

Alongside 1:1 coaching, I offer a small number of more in-depth and specialised ways to work together:

  • Signature Coaching Packages - Longer-term containers designed to support women through menopause and/or ADHD, with a focus on rebuilding energy, identity, and sustainable ways of living
  • Small Group Programmes - Intimate group spaces for women navigating ADHD and midlife transitions, combining coaching, education, and shared experience
  • Nervous System & Menopause Yoga - Gentle, restorative yoga sessions designed specifically for women with ADHD and those in menopause, supporting regulation, energy balance, and reconnection with the body
  • Workshops & Masterclasses - Focused sessions on topics such as hormonal health, energy management, and understanding the intersection of ADHD and menopause
