Antonia has certified in both coaching affiliated with the International Coaching Federation and ‘ADHD Beyond medication’ via PESI UK.
Antonia is described as an ‘expert by experience’ in Luxembourg, where she resides. This was by the psychiatrist head of Luxembourg’s ADHD clinic. Antonia specialises in ADHD, anxiety and self esteem. Her aim is to help those in a similar position to where she’s been. Also to navigate the rocky pathways of understanding ADHD in Luxembourg.
In her spare time Antonia enjoys organisation, spending time with her family and crafting.

- Initial discovery call = free
- Standard: 10 coaching sessions up to 1 hour = €500 – converted to £ the day of invoice via google.
- When this is completed if you wish to continue the standard would be weekly, invoiced monthly.
- All sessions and prices are negotiable (for example can be done fortnightly)
