About Fiona:

I am an experienced Anxiety Specialist and ADHD/ ASD Coach but, more importantly, I’ve raised a happy, successful and independent son with ADHD and Autism (ASD) which I think qualifies me more that any of my official training or years of experience. I’ve walked the walk, not just talked the talk and I’ve lived to tell the tale!

I’ve also worked with an ADHD charity for the past 16 years, supporting parents and young people.

I am all about celebrating the wonderful, fast-paced, quirky minds of those with ADHD (and often ASD too) and helping those that live with these conditions and their families, to understand, accept, embrace, and rejoice in the uniqueness of these amazing minds.

Unfortunately, ADHD and ASD are often accompanied by anxiety and parenting a child with these conditions can also give rise to stress and anxiety. I offer very practical advice and support to help people embrace their diagnosis (or that of their child) and to thrive. To learn how to deal with their anxious thoughts and live a calmer and less stressful life, to have a more harmonious home life and cope well within the workplace. I also work to boost confidence and self-esteem, often adversely affected by childhood bullying or a feeling of never quite fitting in.

I have a particular experience in supporting teenagers and young people with both ADHD and Autism and absolutely love working with this age group.

I love what I do and if my clients don’t enjoy their sessions and leave laughing or smiling, then I am doing something wrong!

When I am not working I’m usually to be found in a muddy field with my beloved Springer Spaniel, Sophie, who loves meeting my dog-loving clients.
