About Clare:

Having worked in the NHS for over 22 years Clare has held a wide variety of roles across the health sector in education, training, and leadership roles and is a professional member of the European council for Coaching and Mentoring.

Clare has extensive management and leadership experience of geographically dispersed clinical and non-clinical teams, management of large budgets, design and implementation of recruitment and assessment centres.

She has worked with experts from McKinsey in service redesign and scoped out the training requirements for the anti-doping team for the 2012 Olympics.

Due to her own extensive lived experience of mental health difficulties and neurodiversity, Clare has also worked in collaboration with people experiencing mental health difficulties, people experiencing a learning disability, their families, and carers.

Clare is passionate about creating compassionate fair, diverse and inclusive workspaces and actively promotes and encourages coproduction and trauma informed care.

 

Coaching with Clare

A session will begin with a compassionate exploration of your needs, clarify your goals and examine what might get in the way. All sessions are led by you and will include regular check ins as we go to ensure that you, your ADHD symptoms and challenges are well supported during your coaching journey.
