Helen is a qualified and ICF Accredited Transformational Life Coach, specialising in ADHD and Confidence Coaching. Her mission is to help folks understand their unique brain and create a life that plays to their strengths.

In this session we’ll talk about your current challenges, the changes you’d like to make in your life and I can answer any questions you have about coaching.

If you decide to go ahead with coaching, the next step is to decide which Coaching Package you would like to go for.

Prices & Packages

• 6 Hour Package = £525
• 12 Hour Package = £1025
• 18 Hour Package = £1525

Payment plans are available for the packages, please ask for more information.

I also accept Access to Work Funding for Work Based ADHD Coaching, which is charged at £95 per hour.
