Many traditional approaches to managing money rely on consistency, routine and sustained attention. For people with ADHD, those approaches don't always fit. This can lead to a cycle of trying different systems, struggling to maintain them and assuming the problem is personal rather than recognising that the system itself may not be a good fit.

People often come looking for answers about money, but what they're really seeking is understanding, reassurance, clarity and confidence.

I've spent 25 years helping people with their money, including 13 years as a qualified financial adviser and the last five years working as a money coach and workplace financial wellbeing educator. I'm also a qualified ADHD coach, and I am diagnosed ADHD myself.

In our sessions, we can:

• Talk through what's going on with your money
• Identify any areas you'd like to improve
• Explore how ADHD may be showing up in your money
• Find practical approaches that work for you
• Give you greater clarity and explore possible next steps

My sessions focus on coaching, guidance and practical support rather than regulated financial advice. My specialist area is ADHD and money, but I also support clients with wider ADHD-related challenges where these overlap with confidence, organisation, wellbeing and everyday life. Together, we work towards helping you feel clearer, calmer and more in control. Alongside my coaching work, I am also applying to become an ADHD UK Ambassador to support ADHD UK's work in raising awareness, providing trusted information and helping people access support.
