I specialise in coaching ADHD women and girls through The NeuroMagic Method, a structured programme blending psychology, BWRT®, and lived experience. Before this, I spent five years as a Greater Manchester Police officer, which shapes how I work with clients under real-world pressure, not just theory.

My work is underpinned by a BSc in Psychology and Criminology, an EMCC and PCI accredited Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Coaching qualification (ADHD, adverse childhood experiences and trauma specialism), and I'm BWRT® trained. I support clients through Access to Work applications and appeals from day one, so funding delays don't have to hold your coaching back.

Manchester-based, working UK-wide online.

£150 per session, with subsidised sessions at £90 for single-parent households and those on low income.
