About Jill Harper-Hill
Jill Harper-Hill is a neuro-affirming integrative therapist, therapeutic ADHD coach, and founder of Busy Brains Club, where she helps women move from overwhelm to greater inner harmony by understanding themselves more deeply and building lives that genuinely fit. Drawing on two decades in education including roles in inclusion leadership, Jill brings together psychological insight with practical strategies to help women navigate the emotional and everyday realities of ADHD. Her work explores how our relationship with ourselves shapes every area of our lives, from work to relationships, our wellbeing and the way we experience the world. Alongside Busy Brains Club, Jill works one-to-one with clients through a blend of therapy and coaching. Combining therapeutic depth with forward-looking change enables clients not only to understand the patterns that have shaped them, but to create meaningful, sustainable change in the lives they want to build. Jill also delivers engaging talks, workshops and training that help organisations better understand ADHD and create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive. Her aim is always the same: to help people see themselves more clearly, trust themselves more fully, and build lives that work with, not against, the way they're wired.
Session Details
I'm a dual qualified integrative therapist and ADHD coach, registered with both the BACP and the Universal Coaching Alliance, which means I draw from a wide range of tools and techniques, blending the depth of therapy with practical coaching tools. We can work together to make peace with the past, find contentment in the present, and build forwards into a future that truly fits.
I work with women who feel overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, low, or as though life has become too hard to keep carrying on in the same way. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent, wondering whether they may be ADHD or autistic, or trying to make sense of themselves after years of feeling they should somehow be managing better.
Therapeutic coaching can offer a place to pause, offload what you have been holding, and begin to understand yourself more clearly. We may work directly with neurodivergence, or this may sit in the background for a while as we focus on anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationships, identity, self-worth, or the impact of trying to fit into expectations that were never designed with you in mind.
I work with a range of approaches rather than expecting one model to fit everyone. My work is informed by psychodynamic thinking, parts work, somatic approaches and nervous system regulation. As an ADHD coach, I can also help you think practically about your energy, relationships, routines, work, boundaries, and what life might look like when it is built around your actual needs.
I am not here to lead you through a set of generic strategies. I see therapeutic coaching as a process of coming back to yourself: making sense of your story, understanding your patterns, meeting yourself with more honesty and compassion, and creating the conditions that help you live with more clarity, capacity and inner harmony.
Therapy with me is thoughtful, warm and down-to-earth. You don't need to arrive with everything neatly explained. We can start exactly where you are.
Sessions last 60 minutes.

Additional Offerings
Busy Brains Club is a membership for ADHD-type women with 2 live sessions every week at 12pm on Mondays and Fridays. Monday sessions are a mix of workshops, implementation sessions, group coaching, and reflection. Friday lunchtimes are for chat and for body-doubling and accountability.
Busy Brains Club is here to help you make sense of how your brain works and why certain patterns have shaped your life. It offers you the space to loosen up long-held self-judgements and learn how to step out of survival mode, so you can begin building ways of living that feel supportive, sustainable, and true to who you are.
We learn techniques and approaches from therapy and ADHD coaching that will lead you to a deep understanding and compassion for how your unique brain and nervous system work.
This isn't about pushing forwards but about going inwards to a more authentic knowledge of who you are, and what you need. You probably already have a lot of information, and this is the healing space where we'll walk you through what it means to really live it. It'll benefit every area of your experience from your work to your family life.
If you've been unsure whether therapy or coaching is for you, this might be a great option to experience personal development tools and strategies as part of a group, with live guided sessions to support you and keep you on track.
This isn't a course you can fall behind on. There's no expectation to attend everything or keep up. There's no homework. It's a place to reconnect with yourself and remember what matters.
